I have started a 6 week long hit program to increase cardio fitness and burn those love handles

I have stared a 6 week long High intensity Training program to increase my cardio fitness and burn my love handles. The routine starts like 1 dynamic stretches no more than 2 second poses, 2 a 5 mile bicycle ride to the gym, 3 20 minute walk on the treadmill at 3.4 miles per hour, 4 40 minutes of weight lifting, 5 20 minutes of HIT training on the treadmill starting at 3.4 mph and moving up to 5.0 mph (slow jog for me).
