Combining Hit training and cardio vascular training.

Hit training is a great work out when performing Hit Training your heart rate should be as close to maximal effort as you can sustain it an example of a Hit training routine I use is 1. Dumbbell squats 3 sets of 10 reps, 2 Jog in place for 6 minutes, 3 Abdominal rolls 3 sets of 10 followed by 4 Jog in place for 8 minutes
