Exercising today

Today my exercise plan is to 1 start up with a warm up stretch to get my muscles warmed up for approximately 30 seconds, I will add some ergonomic ab roll crunches to help support my lower back. Then a 5 mile bicycle ride on my NAKTO Ranger E bike to Planet fitness.

2 40 minute walk on the Treadmill (might burn 360 to 400 calories)

3 5 mile ride home on my NAKTO Ranger E bike

total calories burned should equal approximately 1000. #activelife
